The Keqiao District’s “2025 Welcome Carnival for Overseas Scientific & Technological professionals” held December 24th at the International Scientists Exchange Center, successfully fostered multicultural exchange and deepened international cooperation.
Attending were government departments including Shaoxing Municipal Science and Technology Workers Service Center, Municipal Talent Work Department, and representatives from Keqiao District, along with over 30 overseas scientists.
Jean-Guy, a leading French expert and national-level talent, highlighted the International Talent Joint Innovation Center, expressing strong interest in attracting overseas talent.
Zhang Jianping, the park’s operational head, discussed the critical role of scientific talent in societal progress.
Zhang Zhihua, Director of the Keqiao Science and Technology City Construction and Management Committee, presented an International Exchange Ambassador certificate to Valentina, a French consultant.
Amar, head of a local drone company, shared his entrepreneurial journey.
The event also included a festive gathering with fireside wine tasting, DIY activities, and calligraphy/painting sessions. We look forward to welcoming more international scientific talent to contribute to technological innovation and development.
