The Zhejiang Overseas Chinese Enterprise Alliance was officially established under the guidance of the Service Center for Overseas Professionals (CAST). During its inaugural members’ meeting, the Federation elected its board of directors. Leaders from CAST and the OCEAn attended the event and extended their congratulations.
The Zhejiang (Shaoxing) High-Level Foreign Expert Center (JAR) was elected as a Vice Chairman Unit of the Federation. Zhejiang Overseas Chinese Enterprise Alliance is a non-profit organization formed voluntarily by overseas returnees who have established businesses and related service institutions in Zhejiang Province. Its mission is to foster collaborative innovation, resource sharing, and joint development among returnee enterprises.
