Postdoctoral Fellow Opportunity in Nanomaterials for Bioimplantation 2024
Our international research and innovation park, located in Zhejiang province, China, is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher with expertise in the synthesis of nanomicromaterials and polymer composite materials for 3Dprinting applications in bioimplantation. deal Candidate Requirements:
1- Expertise in Nanomaterial $ynthesis and Polymer Composite Materials:
Experience: We require a candidate with hands-on experience in synthesizing and characterizing nanomaterials and polymer composite materials for bioimplantation applications. This includes experience with controlled synthesis techniques, surface modification, and characterization methods.
Skills: Proficiency in various synthesis techniques (e.g., solgel, hydrothermal, electrospinning, etc.), characterization techniques (e.8., SEM, TEM, AFM, XRD, FTlR, etc.), and polymer chemistry is essential. Understanding of Biocompatibility. Understanding of biocompatibility requirements and testing methods for bioimplantation materials is critical.
2- Experience in 30 Printing for Bioimplantation:
Experience: Experience with 3D printing techniques for biomaterials, particularly biocompatible polymers, is essential.
This includes experience with designing and fabricating 3D-printed scaffolds and implants.
Skills: Proficiency in 3D printing software, 3D printing techniques (e.g., Fused Deposition Modelling, Stereolithography, etc.), and design principles for biocompatible implants is highly desirable. Hand-on experience: Access to high-end laboratory equipment for material synthesis, characterization, and 3D printing. Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or MATLAB is a plus for data analysis and processing
3- Age and Qualifications:
Age: The candidate should be under 35 years of age
Education: Hold a Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline. Your Ph.D. should demonstrate a strong foundation in nanomaterials, polymer science, 3D printing, and biocompatibility. A Ph.D. obtained from an institution outside of China is preferred. This will bring a diverse perspective and international experience to our team.
