
Agostino G. Bruzzone
An expert in modeling and simulation, he is a professor at the University of Genoa, Italy, and Director of the McLeod Modeling & Simulation Network, founded by SCS with 14 branches worldwide. He established the modeling and simulation research program at NATO STO’s CMRE and founded the LIOPHANT Simulation Laboratory. Previously, he led the Genoa branch of the McLeod Institute, which has 28 global centers. His research focuses on port logistics and security simulation, using covert, low-risk, and cost-effective data collection to model port density, maritime and land traffic, optimizing logistics and enhancing port security.
