4月22日上午，周其凤院士工作站揭牌仪式在浙江（绍兴）外国高端人才创新集聚区举行，这是我区打造高水平创新强区的又一重大成果，将为柯桥打造高端创新平台，推动产业链创新链深度融合，加快发展新质生产力注入新的强劲动能。 中国科学院院士、北京大学原校长周其凤讲话。省科协党组书记吴晓东和省市相关部门领导出席。区委书记陈豪致辞。区委常委、组织部部长潘晓东主持。建站企业浙江润昇新能源有限公司负责人作发言。 周其凤院士是高分子化学家、教育家，曾担任北京大学校长、国际纯粹与应用化学联合会主席，长期从事高分子合成及液晶高分子领域的研究。周其凤与浙江润昇新能源有限公司合作的生物炭基新材料院士工作站，将汇聚北京大学环境和化学学科，以及相关高校和科研院所有关学科人才资源，瞄准城市固废资源化和能源化全球技术前沿，加快生物质绿色能源技术和生物炭基新材料、新产品的研发，为全国“无废城市”和生态文明建设贡献更大力量。 周其凤在讲话中阐述了资源和能源对于国家社会发展的重要意义，并为我区企业积极布局城市固废资源化、能源化产业，推动生物质固废和建筑垃圾资源化、能源化技术突破取得的成绩表示肯定。他指出，资源循环化利用和绿色能源发展是未来经济社会发展的必由之路，希望以院士工作站设立为契机，积极培养更多专业研发人才，不断加快科技成果转化，更好把握时代脉搏，引领科技创新，努力为区域经济社会高质量发展添砖加瓦。 陈豪表示，人才是第一资源、创新是第一动力。企业要紧抓合作契机，充分发挥工作站的科研技术优势，不断提升核心竞争力，加快实现跨越式发展。希望院士专家一如既往地关心支持柯桥，多为柯桥创新发展把脉问诊、传经送宝，让更多创新成果落到柯桥。柯桥将以“院士之家”平台为载体，竭尽所能优化创业环境，用更优的服务、更大的支持，全力打造最优人才服务模式，让更多人才在柯桥安心创业、潜心创新、放心发展。 揭牌仪式前，与会人员实地参观了浙江（绍兴）外国高端人才创新集聚区。 来源：柯桥发布
